Order& Delivery
Placing Your Order:
After you chose your desired items, you only have a few steps to go:
- Your Cart
Select all the products you desire and select the size of your items using the “ADD TO CART” button.
If you select the shopping cart icon at the top of the page you can change the sizes, quantity or delete items from your shopping cart.
If you have all the desired items in your cart with the right sizes, click on “CHECKOUT” and proceed with your order.
- Your Fairdise account and Personal details
Enter all your details and your address. If you have a personal Fairdise account, simply log in and your order will be placed into your account. You can see how much you have donated and what we have done with your hard earned money. Or you can check out as a guest.
- Delivery
The delivery address can be different from your home address. We will never use your address for marketing purposes.
- Check out
The last step before you complete your order. Check your details. If everything is correct then click “Continue”
- Payment
You can use Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, iDEAL, Klarna (NL&DE) Bancontact or a fashion cheque. After your payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order summary. You will receive another email once the order is shipped from one of our warehouses.
General information
Fairdise has made every effort to display everything about the products on www.fairdise.com as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the monitor’s display of the color is completely accurate. We check all the items with our greatest care for any faults before they are being shipped to our customers. If you receive an item that is not in the perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

The Netherlands & Belgium: 1-2 business days. (Free)
Europe, US, UK, Canada, Australia & Middle East: 2-5 business days (€6,95, over €125,- Free)
Asia, Africa, South America, New Zealand, China: 3-7 Business days (€12,95, over €175,- Free)
Delivery cost
In The Netherlands and Belgium shipments are Free. Shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium are done by PostNL. All the International shipments are done by DHL or UPS. You will be informed about the expected delivery date during the check out. When the shipment is send out of our warehouse you will be informed directly by e-mail with your personal track and trace code.
Information about customs
For shipments outside Europe it may happen that a package will be kept at custom for inspection. Unfortunately we don’t have any influence on that and the inspection could take up to 30 days. Please inform us if you haven’t received your package after the customs clearance time. After the 30 days we will start an investigation on your shipment and send you a new product.
Duties & Taxes
Fairdise ships most orders from the Netherlands. For most countries from outside the EU apply different duties and taxes. For all countries within the EU, there are no custom charges.
Fairdise is not liable for duties and taxes. Once your order is shipped it can no longer be cancelled. After your order is received you can return the item(s) free of charge, within 14 days after receipt of the items. Please choose your items carefully, extra shipping does not help our environment.
Shipping insurance
Shipments are insured against all accidental damage and theft until you received your package. If the box is damaged before arrival, we would like you to refuse the delivery or write a note “if it’s possible” that you have accepted a damaged box when you signed for it.
